STUDENT SECTION

1. All P.E. lockers MUST be cleaned out after your P.E. final. The lockers will be cleaned out and the locks will be changed after finals on Friday.
2. The Virtual Enterprise students are selling rootbeer floats at the Student Store Window. Purchase your float for $1, while supplies last.
3. Tulare County Animal Shelter is looking for volunteers who are caring and compassionate toward animals. We need you to walk, bathe and brush dogs, play with the kittens and cats, take pictures for our website and help with the offsite adoptions. Make a difference this summer and be a part of the Critter Crew Volunteers! Call Donna Martin @ 636-3647.
4. CLOSE OUT SALE! The Busy Grizzly Student Store is clearing their stock! All Coke products are on sale for .50c beginning today. Dip-n-Dot ice cream is only $1.00.
5. Volleyball will practice EVERY MONDAY from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm all summer long. See Coach Lambie for more information.
6. The Busy Grizzly Student Store will not be making deliveries during 1st & 2nd periods this week.
7. A special summer school study session to prepare students for retaking math and English/language arts California High School Exit Exams (CHSEE) will be held starting on July 8th.  Separate classes will be held, choose the one that you need most.  The class is held from 8 am to 12:20 pm, Monday - Friday at the Porterville High School.  This is a three-week class, including testing days of July 23, 24 & 25.  All students must comply with summer school guidelines for conduct.  The classes are non-graded, non-credit - your reward can be PASSING THE CHSEE!!!!  Sign up in the Guidance Office.  Forms must be turned in by June 7.

Faculty Section

1. ASB Club Advisors: Please turn in any club funds that you are collecting from fundraisers, etc. before school is out. Preliminary (pre-close) analysis reports will be issued on June 7th. Please go over these and report any discrepancies to the Student Activity Office. Thanks, Patty W.
2. Teachers: Please complete your student fines listing (in your box) for any 9th, 10th or 11th grade student owing club monies, athletic equipment, classroom books, calculators not returned, any other school property not returned, etc. Do NOT list any fines that you have previously turned in to the Student Activity Office. Thank you for returning this listing to Patty in the Student Activity Office by June 7th at the close of the day.
